In this episode, Oren and Malini revisit the topic of Wokeism by responding to questions and feedback from listeners. They provide further elaboration on what “woke” means and looks like, in addition to discussing the way “woke” messages are delivered in organizations such as business and the school system, as well as the role of religion and relationships in subscribing to various narratives and ideologies.
In the healthcare profession, Rounds is a method of collaboration amongst clinicians whereby patients’ conditions, treatment, and steps forward are discussed. Our Rounds Table segment seeks to accomplish a similar goal by revisiting pertinent topics and further exploring the questions of our audience for the purpose of further reflection and action.
